Super clean room, helpful staff, and the breakfast in the courtyard was a nice touch. Only downside? A bit noisy from the busy street, but we slept just fine!

Had a very very good stay during September. The location was nice, for example, Gardens of Sallust was at a walking distance from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was pretty quiet. Had good sleep at the queen room with air-conditioning. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, nothing too much trouble.

would love to go back.
Room was very clean and had a big bathroom. Came with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The air conditioning worked well. I loved having a refrigerator and tv. Breakfast was nice too, served on a small terrace. Super nice team.

It was nice to be in vicinity of Termini station and center of town. From hotel we could see most things by foot. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit loud during night. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels were replaced,... Nice spacey twin bed.
We have booked it by Booked.net, but it wasn't booked by it, but by other company... We had to pay in cash at the end, and founds for first day of staying there were reserved. We didn't solved this yet with bank , but it will be in next few days.

Complicated hotel access!!! Rooms could use modern furnishings!!! Many had water temperature issues!!! Hallways echoed sounds from luggage and conversations!!! Not ideal for light sleepers!!!

Hotel is at Excellent Location, a ver short walk from Termini Station. There are multiple food chains all around. Absolutely no worries for Safety and Security. Hotel Staff are very friendly and would help out in case of any neccessity . Above all one always gets Value for Money being paid.

Very polite personnel. A horoshoe arrangement. Number for the category of hotel - normal.
Bad breakfast. Isn't present заварного coffee. Glasses smell as bleaching powder, and towels - Vinegar. Very bad ceiling light in number.

The hotel was just 2 blocks away from Termini. I loved how the staff were consistently helpful in our 4 days of stay there. Our room was also cleaned everyday and the area was close to some of the main attractions as well as bus stop 64 which can take you to all major sights in Rome. I enjoyed my stay there that I will be coming back for another 2 days in my last week in Rome.
Since it is close to the station, it can be noisy at times. But other than that it is a good value for thr price I paid.
